Undertone Networks Holds Month of Giving

Company to host food drives and fundraisers to benefit local organizations

New York - November 21, 2005: Undertone Networks, a rapidly growing provider of online advertising services, announced today the kick off of its Month of Giving campaign. Throughout the month of December the company will organize food drives and hold various fundraisers to benefit local organizations including City Harvest, the San Francisco Food Bank and the HOPE Center.

"This is the second consecutive year Undertone has supported City Harvest, stated Michael Cassidy," Intercept's president and chief executive officer. "We are excited to include the HOPE Center and the San Francisco Food Bank in our campaign this year - offering our employees additional avenues for their charitable giving while supporting these valuable local organizations."

Undertone will hold a food drive at its corporate headquarters, to benefit City Harvest, New York City's only food-rescue organization dedicated to feeding New York City's hungry men, women and children. At the company's San Francisco office employees will hold a food drive to benefit the San Francisco Food Bank, which distributes food and advocates for improvement in government food programs and policies.

Undertone will also participate in an Adopt-a-Family program with the HOPE Center, a primary care facility for individuals living with HIV and AIDS, and part of St. John's Riverside Hospital. The program matches HOPE Center families with individual or group sponsors who provide toys, clothing and household items to the "adopted" families in December.

"Most of our clients live below the federal poverty level," stated Kay Scott, The HOPE Center's Director. "In many of the families, Undertone's gifts will make the difference in a child enjoying a happy holiday."

Undertone will purchase items on the families' wish lists, wrap the gifts and deliver them to the HOPE Center. "Thanks to the generous employee support of the program we will be able to adopt 13 HOPE Center families this year," stated Cassidy. "We are thrilled at the interest we received this year and look forward to continuing the program next year."

The Month of Giving campaign is one of many events sponsored by Undertone's Interactive Community Action Program - the company's employee-driven charitable giving program. Through Interactive Community Action, Undertone and its employees are giving back to the communities that they serve.
