San Francisco , CA - September 2, 2004: Undertone Networks, a rapidly growing provider of online advertising services, today announced the opening of a San Francisco sales office. The office is located at 335 Powell Street, 14th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.

"Opening a San Francisco sales office enables us to better support existing clients throughout the western portion of the United States, while establishing new relationships with Fortune 2000 companies and interactive advertising agencies," said Michael Cassidy, President of Undertone Networks.

Joe Lyons , newly-appointed West Coast Sales Director, will oversee the San Francisco office and guide the company's development in the area. "Joe's vast industry knowledge, years of experience and strong rolodex of clients made him the natural choice to lead this new office," said Cassidy. "With his diverse background and management experience, Joe is the right person for this role and we look forward to the significant contributions and leadership he will bring to this position." Before joining Undertone Networks in 2002, Lyons held senior level sales positions at DoubleClick, Mail.com and Exact Advertising.

Undertone Networks plans to open a third sales office in Chicago by the end of the year, and the company's first international office located in London sometime during the first quarter of 2005.
