Eric Bingham has served as Chief Operating Officer since he joined Undertone in July 2005. He has extensive experience in the interactive industry focusing on revenue growth and business operations. During his tenure with the company, Eric's responsibilities have included all operational, financial and administrative functions. Eric is currently focusing on corporate development opportunities including International, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships that will allow the company to continue its overall growth.
Prior to joining Undertone, Eric served as COO and CFO at Overpeer, Inc., a peer-to-peer anti-piracy, content distribution and marketing services firm. Before that, Eric was a co-founder and corporate officer at About.com. As Senior Vice President of Business Operations, he helped guide the company from start-up in 1996 through its 1999 initial public offering and acquisition in 2001 by Primedia (now owned by The New York Times Company). He was also responsible for the development of Sprinks, the company's pay-for-performance advertising service, which was sold to Google Inc. in 2003. Eric has also held business development and operations positions at Home Box Office and News Corporation's Internet division.
Eric received a B.A. degree from Allegheny College and an MBA degree from Boston University. He is a former naval aviator and United States Marine Corps veteran.
